Accessibility Statement

At XFive Enterprise, we are committed to providing equal service to all our customers. To ensure equal access to all services available on our website, we have implemented the following measures:

We use Urbane typeface throughout the site for readability. Exceptions are made for countries that require specific Unicode fonts, such as China, Japan, Russia, Taiwan, and Korea.

Whenever possible, we use live text instead of graphics to reduce loading times and improve control over content.

Links that open in a new tab or window are properly labeled and have the HTML “title” attribute to inform the user.

Our site is designed responsively, allowing access from mobile phones, laptops, and desktop computers.

All images, where possible, have alt text. If an image contains relevant information, it is described in that text. If the image is merely decorative, no alt text is assigned.

Not all of our PDFs are labeled for accessibility, but we are actively working to ensure the most recent documents are. If you need access to an unlabeled PDF, you can contact us and we will send you an accessible version.

In cases where certain content does not comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Essential Techniques, we ensure that alternatives are provided to ensure the information remains accessible.

We include a link to our contact information on each page, so anyone can contact us via non-internet means if they wish.

We maintain a consistent navigation model throughout the website. Although there may be slight differences between subdomains, the main structure is uniform.

We strive to comply with the WCAG Essential Techniques. In particular, we work to implement Priority 1 recommendations and, where possible, Priority 2 recommendations as well. Although Priority 3 is not fully implemented, we keep these guidelines in mind for future site improvements.

We are committed to continuous improvement. We continue to develop our content in line with the accessibility principles mentioned above.

If you encounter any difficulties accessing our site or have suggestions that could help us improve the experience, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’d love to hear from you.
